Our return policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if your purchase was completed over 30 days before the date you decide to return the item(s), we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as was received, including the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once you submit your return request, please do not send your purchase back until we provide you instructions for returning it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item and whether or not your refund is approved. If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit in the amount of 90% of the original purchase price will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will notify you when the refund has been completed.
If all of the above is met, but you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. If there’s still no luck, contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returns. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
When making a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item successfully.
